::Went to The Skin Pharmacy (TSP) for a skin analysis for my acne problems. The Pharmacist does a very good job on analysing and explaining my skin problems (which i did not know what happened to my skin, was having cystic acne spreaded all over my cheeks, temples, chin and forehead ). The Pharmacist was really patient and she helped me to analyse the products i was using ( i ended up throwing some of my skincare products as they contain oils and fragrance that was very bad for my skin... ) As for the facial, it is dependent on one beautician so the facial dates have to accomodate to her schedules. I get that this might piss people off but THEY CALL BEFORE HAND to ask if you are still coming for the service... I have recieved calls from them for all my 5 sessions of facial. You can always call back to doublecheck with them.. Their facial services doesnt have " packages ", no requirement to pay a certain amount or downpayment to secure your package like many facial places in Singapore. Just pay per session which is good for people who hates facial packages.. They never push products on me, NOT ONCE. For products that are not a must to get but if you feel like you need it ( like oil control ) the pharmacist will recommend but never push it ( at least mine didnt ). But if you intend to follow their skin care routine then make sure to stick to it. They use a more holistic way of treating skin issues so if you expect to see your scars and acne disappear within a month then don't even think about going to TSP. Because holistic approach is always slower but the results are sustainable! * I recommend sticking to one pharmacist at TSP because that's what i did. It wont help if u just see a different pharmacist everytime. Just book an appointment with the pharmacist you prefer. Because from what i know they rotate their shifts at different outlets. It might be a little inconvenient because you have to book on the day they are available. I dont see any problem with it because i make sure i can commit to the appointment and they always call beforehand to let me know if there is any changes. Doesn't hurt to ask or even call and check with them. Overall great experience with TSP and i no longer have inflamed acne, only faint scars to fade.. I pray that others can have a good experience with TSP too. God Bless!

::1st visit to the place was great. "Pharmacist" was very professional and informative. She did a skin analysis on me in which she gave me thorough explanation of what each data meant. 2nd visit was horrible. A different "pharmacist" attended to me.Throughout the consultation with her ,i felt she was judgemental, impatient, lack of information and slightly snobbish in her manners.Tho their products are not bad, I do hope they can improve on their customer services.

::Very bad experience on my first trial facial at Nex (only branch) as the beautician is on mc and i have to ask to cancel and re book my next appointment. I just cannot believe they only depend on one beautician and no replacement what if the beautician is on urgent leave or on sick leave again?? Bad management.
