  Took Care of my dog THREE Times through Three Operations. Wonderful Vet Dr Gi. Highly praised. Expensive. But I think all vets are expensive these days. Thank you! All that negative comments about waiting. OF COURSE YOU WAIT. The animals need help. And if it's your pet in there, others are waiting for you. So be patient. The VETS ARE GREAT!

  I was really disappointed today. My appointment was 6:30pm and I left vet at 8:30pm. I was waiting payment and medication but it was very slow. I was standing at reception. Reception gave me wrong medication and then I asked how is my payment. There is female vet and she just said “ you just finish and wait there” it was very much arrogant behavior and never say sorry to kept waiting.

  I used to love this clinic when Dr William was still around. I sent my bleeding cat and the vet frightened me too much by saying there might be tumour bla bla bla and quote $1500 for surgery. Funniest part is he told me that if he cant do anything, he will just stitch her back and i shall just bring her home to make her happy (meaning... leave her dying). I brought her to another vet and she was diagnosed with womb infection and whole procedure cost $500 only. Such a huge difference in pricing and knowledge. I am never coming back there.

  We were regulars of this place. Came here with my dog at 2.30pm on a Wednesday. Counter lady said 'you'll have to wait 20 to 25 minutes'. Ok, fine. Waited over ONE HOUR and still nothing. Then the doctor finally finished up, and without a word, disappeared inside the bowels of the clinic. Then the lady said we'd have to wait another 30 minutes! I myself am sick and this protracted, amazingly inaccurate waiting time nearly caused me to miss my own appointment. Obviously not interested in its own customers.
