  Went for the dinner buffet at cafe mosaic to celebrate my mom's birthday and it was an an amazing experience. The selection of food they had was really really good, ranging from fresh seafood such as live shucked oysters, to a cheese plate. I highly recommend the seafood as well as the roast lamb. The service provided by the staff was also top notch. They promptly cleared any plates at our table and were very responsive to queries. Overall, it was a really good experience and I'll definitely be back.

  Was at Cafe Mosaic for a lunch buffet. Variety was decent, with very efficient waiting staff. Somehow I find that the dishes are mostly to the sweeter side. Yes, even the savoury ones are much sweeter. The ambience was okay, you get to look out the windows and people watch during lunch. Located near City Hall MRT, it is very accessible to get to Carlton Hotel.

  Stayed for 2 nights (not consecutively) in a span if 2 weeks. It wasn’t too bad. The amenities and service were quite good. Easy to get to and near esplanade and all. Food for room service was a bit lacking though. The seafood platter of sorts were a tad too dry, nonetheless it was quite tasty in the end, but given ifs price, i would expect it to be of better quality.

  Stayed here 4 nights. Cleanliness and friendliness are top rated. Service and location was perfect. Raffles City shopping mall across the road and also many restaurants. We will make this our hotel of choice every time we go to Singapore. Thank you Carlton for making us feel so welcome. P.S. The pillows in this hotel are so wonderful that I purchased two from the hotel to take home with me at half the price of shops.

  Was there for an company event. The staff service was not bad, assisted us with the setting up, however, it will be better if the team communicated well with one another on the respective event materials. We find that only the person who manages our account know about what we have contracted while the other who tried to help doesn't have much clue. The lunch buffet spread was good. I could manage to grab some nice hot food to spike my appetite as I was not well that day.
