::literally very bad grocery shopping experience, especially considering the prices here are normally higher than most other supermarket. Cannot understand why there are only two cashiers open in the after work peak hours. There used to be three which were already not enough to meet the demand. The self-checkout machines are out of date and confusing to use. They assigned to staff member helping customers at self-checkout, which doesn't really help. Average checkout time is more than 5 min, and dozens of people in each queue, just unbelievable. Seems the management got no willingness to improve the situation. Won't go there anymore
