::Purchased a screen protector for my new iPhone 8 Plus which is recommended by a Apple staff, only within a week time it’s came out bubbles at 2 corners. Re-visit and just hope they will replace a new one for me but the staff was just simply try to stick it back and said if happen again ask me to go to agent company at Sim Lim for exchange. Speechless....

::Bought a macbook pro for 2.7k. Within 10 days battery spoiled. Thereafter safari working very slowly. I strongly suspect they sold me defective good. Called to ask for exchange, salesperson told me to ge service centre. No exchange allowed. Even apple called them to discuss the matter and it was a straight no as told by my apple support staff.
