::The library is centrally located in the Serangoon next plaza in level 4 R. It is modern and equipped well with the books . There are several TOP books in good topics available here both in fiction and non fiction side . The kids collection is very large and informative . Wifi is available in the premises. No food is allowed inside . Water can be taken in . The library staff are accommodative and kind . The library some times becomes too crowded especially during the exam season . Other than that it is a place worth your visit in this area.

::First visit to this library .. Environment is too noisy and no one actually do anything about it. Kids shouting across the library, teenagers talking loudly & babies crying.
