::Service can be a bit slow but the staff are friendly and polite. I think there should be a self-help area that people can purchase boxes and envelopes on the side with a SAM machine beside, and leave the counter staff to help with the bigger items and collection of packages.

::Helpless and useless Chinese staff! Everything Don't know, Don't have, Not sure! Wonder why she was given a job?! She was more interested in selling the 'Chicken essence'! Super long queue slow service waited 30mins just to buy stamp n envelope!

::Queue may be really long at some hours but overall service provided by the staffs were decent. Place is also well air-conditioned.
