::Very Disappointing! My poodle was bitten by another dog at about 9:05pm and called them informing them that I''ll arrive by 9:30pm prior to their closing. They came up with a surcharge of $100 for patients arriving after 9:15pm, waiver subject to doctor's confirmation. After waiting for 15minutes (they witnessed the bleed), I was then informed that there is no waiver. Am upset with such uncompassionate people and decided to rather visit another vet.
